It is LAST CALL for the Inter-vision Introduction, hosted by our Indian colleagues from the Association for Holistic Biography Work, on Saturday, 6 December.
Like any other profession working with clients, Biographical Consultants need regular Inter-vision in order to reflect on their processes and the methodological challenges they face while accompanying clients. They may also need Super-vision, especially when they want to reflect on the resonances within themselves that are activated through client work.
While Super-vision can be undertaken with any trusted and competent supervisor, Inter-vision is most effective when carried out with colleagues who work in the same or a closely related field.
