- Please note that some products in our Webshop need manual adjustments (Name & DOB) and are not designed for immediate download. Once we have the right details, these products will be sent to you via email within 48 hours.
One-to-one consultations
- You can use our Biographical Consultants to get contact with a person who speaks your language and understands your culture.
Communications
- We are based in Australia for most of the year, and sometimes in Germany. Therefore, email is the best way to contact us and our communication may be delayed by time differences.
