Topics include:

  • Learn what makes group processes effective.
  • Understand how to apply the 7-step learning process.
  • Learn tools to design effective learning processes.
  • Understand the three ways of learning.
  • Understand the three levels of relating between educator and learner
  • Learn the 4 levels of teaching and learning.
  • Understand the archetypes behind good learning processes or exercises.

Online group-work explores:

  • Design of an Observation process – Shell observation.
  • Apply the 7-step learning process to specific learning tasks.
  • Design a process for a group.
  • Practice a process for Collegial Inter-vision.

Course available for personal/professional development

This module within our Online Biography Training Program is also available as a stand-alone course for personal and/or professional development.

Learning Pack only: 150 AUD – from January 2023
Includes: comprehensive Study Guide with readings, activities, and individual preparation for group-work; recorded video lectures from Karl-Heinz Finke (with copy of the Visuals); and a personalised copy of our Biography Log-book. Available at any time. Time commitment: approximately 40 hours.

Learning Pack plus real-time Online sessions, 15 hours – 5 hours on each of 3 days – Friday to Sunday.
Online sessions are in real-time, with small group work sharing facilitated for 3-5 participants. Total time commitment: approximately 55 hours.
A Certificate of Participation is awarded if entire course completed.
Prior completion of either our Introductory course or Foundation course is recommended, but not required.
