Pre-requisite is Destiny Learning core module, as the 7-step learning and transformation process is reintroduced, deepened and applied.

  • Explore the potential for self-development in challenging encounters with others.
  • Explore individual patterns and personal styles of action and reaction in conflict situations.
  • Understand constructive and destructive forces influencing conflict situations.
  • Understand the escalation of conflict.

Online group-work explores

  • The 4-day Karma exercise, practised alongside the 7-step process.
  • Preparing two conflict incidents, with outer map and inner mood drawings.
  • Step 1 — perceiving phenomena: the five key elements of a conflict incident.
  • Step 2 — finding connections with other incidents, fine-tuning the conflict pattern or gesture.
  • Step 3 — change of perspective: imagining scenarios where the pattern might once have been appropriate, with a drawing of the influencing forces.
  • Step 4 — naming an influential being or Double: the Rumpelstiltskin step.
  • Steps 5 to 7 and Gifting — a learning task, early warning signs, first steps towards change, and a word gift for each group member.
