Online group-work explores

Revisiting the 3-level Karma exercise, and practising the 4-day Karma exercise with support.
Preparing two challenging incidents, with outer map and inner mood drawings.
Step 1 — perceiving phenomena: the five key elements of a challenging incident.
Step 2 — finding connections with other incidents, fine-tuning the pattern or gesture.
Step 3 — change of perspective: imagining scenarios where the pattern might once have been successful.
Step 4 — naming an influential being or Double: the Rumpelstiltskin step.
Steps 5 to 7 — realising a learning task, growing awareness of warning signs, and the first step towards change.
Gifting — a word gift for each group member — and a final letter to yourself.
