This course – Core Principles, Skills and Practices in Adult Learning – introduces essential content that is a prerequisite for all three of our adult learning courses.

The 3 Adult Learning courses are designed for consultants, educators and facilitators working with adults in learning, personal development and therapeutic processes.
They draw on the rich experience of the Centre for Social Development, the NPI, the Anthroposophical Schooling Course and Coenraad van Houten. They explore the underlying theory and methodology of adult learning and developmental processes, including Inner Path or Spiritual Development. Adults learn differently from children and young people; therefore the education of adults must be designed differently.
These courses may be undertaken in any order – they throw light on different aspects of working with adults.
