All three Holistic Adult Learning modules start with ADL-70; available as a free download.

This course builds on ADL-70: Core Principles, Skills & Practices in Adult Learning and is inspired by Coenraad van Houten’s research and publications.

In this course, you will learn about many elements that you can incorporate into your own Teaching Programs. You will design a Program, that you want to deliver, using specific given guidelines, and then share the details of that Program in a series of small group sessions. In sharing your own Teaching Program and hearing those of others, as well as by receiving observations and feedback from others, you gain the tools to complete your individualised design of an integrated program.

Topics of ADL-73 include:

Horizontal and vertical integration,
Work with Spiritual Beings,
4 levels of teaching and learning,
Expanding the teaching and learning comfort zones,
Day and Night Learning,
Applying the 7 Learning Processes.

Online group-work explores:

My Self as Educator – my learning and teaching styles,
Image Building – creating the guiding image of my teaching program
Program Delivery – structure and time planning,
Process Integration – the 7-step Learning Process, Day & Night Learning
Team integration – program and educator/s
