Resource Guide – Six Basic Exercises

Here is a FREE copy of our Resource Guide for Steiner’s Six Subsidiary Exercises.
These basic exercises are a crucial accompaniment for any personal and/or spiritual development path.
Here they are described in Steiner’s words as extracts from 6 different sources.

This free Resource Guide was created to support the understanding and practice of the 6 exercises which Rudolf Steiner called Subsidiary Exercises.
They are the basic or fundamental exercises for personal and/or spiritual development, that Steiner believed were a crucial accompaniment to any other practice.
They are assembled here by Karl-Heinz Finke as a synopsis from 6 different sources where they are mentioned by Steiner, throwing light on his thoughts about each. The extracts from one of the sources have been translated especially for this Resource Guide.

Overall, the synopsis:
Introduces each exercise | Explains what each exercise is for | Suggests ways of doing each exercise |
Summarises the importance of each exercise.

Here are the six exercises:

1. Mastery of Thinking |  2. Mastery of Will  |  3. Mastery of Feeling  |  4. Positivity – Thinking & Feeling  |
5. Open-mindedness – Thinking & Willing |  6. Harmony & Inner Balance.
