Training Program

Our Online Training Program in Holistic Biography Work consists of a Foundation Course, followed by studies of 12 modules over three years, and the completion of 3 projects providing practical experience.
Our Foundation Course – Take Charge – is a prerequisite for joining our online International Training Program in Holistic Biography Work.
Each year, Trainees complete 4 modules and 1 practical Project.
Each module starts with a comprehensive Learning Pack, which includes: a Study Guide, Readings, Activities, and video Lectures.
After successful completion of the final year and therefore the whole training, we award a Diploma in Biographical Consultancy.
Module Format
Each module contains 40 or 60 hours of self-paced study with our comprehensive Learning Pack – Study Guide, recorded video Lectures, Readings and Activities.
15 or 20 hours of online sessions – with facilitated small group sharing.
Repeating a Module
If you wish to repeat a module to refresh or deepen your learning, you receive the latest update of the Study Guide and pay a reduced fee for the Online Sessions (150 AUD – 3 days | 190 – 4 days). Whilst you are a Trainee, there is no fee for repeating any module within the Training Program.
Outside the training
Each module is available as a Learning Pack only, or with optional online real-time sessions in facilitated small groups. You will join us as a guest participant.

Recognising common mental health issues.
Learning strategies to manage mild to moderate symptoms of depression, anxiety and stress.
Module BGO-13: Communication Skills
Sensing with Four Ears in human communication.
Discriminating 3 elements of verbal communications.
Core Module BGO-20: Helping Conversations
Deep listening and empathy in encounter. Practising 3 levels and 7 qualities in helping conversations.

Module BGO-32: Mental Health Crisis
Understanding mental health crisis from a holistic, spiritual perspective.
Module BGO-33: Process Design
Learning for Life, learning from life, initiation through life.
Designing effective learning processes.
Core Module BGO-40: Meeting Conflict
Learning to read and transform conflict patterns.
Understanding conflict escalation and de-escalation.

Project 3: Biographical Study

Short Overview

12 modules over three years for the Diploma in Biographical Consultancy.
Each year, Trainees complete 4 modules and 1 project.
Each module comes with a comprehensive Learning Pack and guided group-work sessions.
After successful completion of the first year, we offer a Certificate in Biographical Studies.
After successful completion of the second year, we offer a Certificate in Advanced Biographical Studies.
After successful completion of the final year and therefore the whole Training, we award a Diploma in Biographical Consultancy.
Additional Training sessions during the year support learning and the project work.
There is an annual intake, with the first module (Typologies) commencing in January of each year.
Holistic Biography Work has been found helpful within many professions: Health (Medical & Allied practitioners), Education (Teaching & Administration), Business (HR & Management), and Therapy (Psychotherapy, Counselling, Arts Therapy, etc).
Our Training follows the guidelines established by the School of Spiritual Science, Goetheanum Switzerland, leading to international accreditation. It is also recognised by the German Professional Association for Biography Work.
